Chris has spent over 30 years of experience across all aspects of developing, supervising, coordinating and building for a wide variety of clients. Chris has handled all aspects of construction operations including the oversight of preconstruction and, has direct involvement with Bid Package/buyout process, contract writing, subcontractor coordination, cash flow projections, budget control, owner/consultant interaction, scheduling/schedule delivery, safety implementation, general construction and constructability expertise. He has extensive experience with commercial, healthcare, medical/dental and higher education construction.
Chris is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is also completed his Minor in Business and Mathematics and MBA Preparatory coursework at The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
Fred has spent over 25 years helping improve and develop his hometown’s neighborhoods as the founder and owner of real estate development and construction management businesses. He has developed and built over $60 million dollars of residential and commercial real estate. Before establishing his own business, Fred worked in the construction business as a Union Glazier for General Metal and Glass.
Fred’s understanding of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods as different real estate markets as well as his “from the ground up” knowledge of the construction industry has allowed him to demonstrate substantial growth despite the country’s largest market drop in over fifty years.
Fred’s determination to succeed and his commitment to Philadelphia was honed through years of competitive rowing with Malta Boat Club, including representing the United States at the World Championships in 1996. Fred attended The Episcopal Academy and Franklin and Marshall College.
Over 15 years of experience in real estate ventures and driving new commercial mixed-use development projects. To compliment these real estate development efforts, the construction organization enables better management and visibility into the execution of development plans while also delivering on construction projects for other clients, developers and owners. Chris has also spent over 17 years gaining extensive management, business development & entrepreneurial experience through launching and growing both start-up and mid-size management and technology consulting firms.
Chris was recognized as Building Design + Construction's "Top 40 Under 40" Class of 2020 for his accomplishments as a developer and general contractor. At the age of 26, Chris was recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s "Top 30 Consultants Under 30" for his accomplishments in developing organizational strategies and streamlining operations through improved business process and use of technology. Chris’s contributions led to immediate and significant growth of three start up consulting firms. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadephia, volunteers for the Philly Dragons Sports Association, served on the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia, facilitated partnership development efforts with the Global CEO Initiative on Alzheimer’s Disease and supports the Children’s Tumor Foundation for Neurofibromatosis (NF).
Chris is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
