Camfred Construction a part of PACT+ Joint Venture Construction Partner for the Philadelphia 76ers and Philadelphia Flyers new South Philadelphia Arena
Philadelphia, PA — October 24, 2025
The Philadelphia 76ers and Philadelphia Flyers announced today they have selected a joint venture led by Turner Construction and AECOM Hunt as the construction manager for their new state-of-the-art arena in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. The joint venture, named PACT+, will also include prominent Philadelphia-based firms Perryman Construction, Hunter Roberts Construction Group and Camfred Construction. PACT + will work closely with the teams’ ownership and the design team at Populous and Moody Nolan to bring the new arena to life.
The targeted opening date for the arena is 2030, coinciding with the debut of the new WNBA Philadelphia team, which will play there.
